The vision of Gabby + Jonathan's elopement had only one focus: love. When we met over FaceTime to discuss their upcoming couples session back in 2022, our conversation was brought back to the day that they were going to say "I do". Their idea was somewhere beautiful in the woods, with a cozy cabin to get ready in, a place where they could bring their family and friends to celebrate and eat delicious food, and in the forests of Mount Rainier, that's exactly what they found.

The mild rain / snow didn't deter them from taking in the sweetness of the day and came prepared with warm coats, hand warmers that were being shoved in bras and hands alike, and heat stands scattered throughout the area to keep the warmth as best they could.

There is something about Gabby + Jonathan that makes you feel like family when you meet them. They both would give you the shirt of their backs if you needed it and share their genuine love and care every time they speak to you. It's no wonder they found each other, hearts like that attract hearts like their own.

All in all, this day was one of the most sweetest and precious ones I've ever gotten to be apart of. In fact, I loved it so much that I ended up having an ovarian contortion at the end of it and had to head to the hospital (after a stop at Subway, of course) so even my organs knew what kind of party was going down.

Gabby + Jonathan, you were and are some of the sweetest angels I could ever hope to meet. Thank you for inviting me to your day, to witness + celebrate your love, and for trusting me with your moments and memories. Me love you long time.
